YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsiblefor all facets of customer service in the specified region ensuring customersatisfaction and efficient order processing.
  • Coordinatecustomer service on-call coverage efforts for afterhours and weekendemergencies.
  • Directthe activities of all customer service representatives for respective brancheswith an emphasis on growing sales and net profits while continuously improvingservice and safety performance to meet Brenntag's customer needs.
  • Workclosely with customer service teams across operating companies, ensuring propersynergies, streamlining communication and processes, and focusing on programsand initiatives.
  • Createand implement ideas for process improvement to increase business efficiency andproductivity.
  • Ensureoptimum customer satisfaction through coaching and monitoring key performanceindicators.
  • Actas liaison with other departments to address and resolve internal and externalcustomer and sales issues in a timely manner.
  • Developand enhance customer relationships to support the development and execution ofgrowth strategies.
  • Createa positive and professional environment while building a high performing team.
  • Ensurethat all reporting personnel have received the training necessary to performtheir job safely and successfully.
  • Attendall required training when scheduled unless absent from work.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
  • Associatedegree or equivalent work experience and
  • 5 years relevant work experience
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and AS400.
  • Previouschemical experience preferred.
  • Possessknowledge of business statistics and analysis.
  • Mustbe able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
  • Capacityto define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsin a timely manner.
  • Abilityto work with internal and external customers, resolving problems in a manneracceptable to the customer service and satisfaction of the company.
  • Abilityto prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Aptitudeto perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Possessexcellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate withall levels of staff including executive leadership.
  • Abilityto travel as needed.
